FOR ADULTS ONLY AGES 18 AND OLDER.
This is a weekly group where you can learn effective coping skills and strategies to help manage stress, anxiety and/or depression. It’s a place where you can share your own personal struggles and build connections with others.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Kellie Westberry is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. She has worked in this field for 12 years. Kellie works with individuals from all walks of life, primarily Adolescents, Adults and Elderly on issues such as Alcohol use, abuse and dependency, Drug use, abuse and dependency. This includes affected others such as parents, siblings, children and spouse. Other issues addressed include life skills, effective communication, healthy boundaries, self-esteem, anxiety and managing stress. She uses a variety of approaches to fit individual client needs, primarily person-centered therapy, strength and solution based as well as CBT and MI.
These groups can include handouts, readings, or teachings in the form of group discussion.
